Returns Policy
At Higgins Floors, we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Changed your mind? No problem! You’ve got 30 working days from when your order arrives to send it back to us as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging with any seals still intact. Just a heads-up, you'll need to cover the postage costs for sending items back. Once we get the return, we’ll sort out your refund or replacement right away. Keep in mind, we can’t take responsibility for anything that gets lost or damaged while it’s on its way back to us. So, always grab a Certificate of Posting, and we’d strongly suggest going with a Signed For service to be safe.
